Frequently Asked Questions
Our service includes the delivery, professional setup, and take-down of a high-quality portable sauna at your location. You'll also receive a supply of essential oils to enhance your relaxation experience during the session.
You'll need a clear indoor space of approximately 2x2 meters with access to a standard electrical outlet. A well-ventilated area, such as a bathroom or a spacious room, is ideal for the setup.
A standard sauna session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for deep relaxation. Prices start from 200,000 COP for our basic package, varying based on duration and additional features.
We recommend you have towels, a comfortable robe, and drinking water readily available for your session. While we provide essential oils, feel free to use any personal aromatherapy you prefer.
We proudly serve the entire Medellín metro area, including Envigado, Sabaneta, and Itagüí, within the Valle de Aburrá. Our listed prices generally cover services within this region, but very remote locations might incur a small additional travel fee, which will be communicated upfront.
