Booking & services
Current launch services focus on house cleaning, mobile barber, mobile nails, IV therapy, and a staged rollout into garment care and trade services. New categories are activated only after vendor quality and ops playbooks are ready.
Most services can be booked with as little as 24 hours notice. Same-day availability depends on vendor capacity in your area. Priority scheduling is available for Standard and Premium customers.
Yes. After your first booking, you can mark vendors as preferred and request them for future jobs. If your preferred vendor isn't available, we'll match you with someone equally qualified.
We currently serve all major neighborhoods in Medellín, including El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado, Sabaneta, and Bello. Coverage is expanding to additional municipalities in the Aburrá Valley.
You can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before the appointment. Changes within 12 hours may incur a small fee depending on whether a vendor has already been assigned.
Payments & pricing
Every service shows a clear starting price before you book. The price includes vendor pay, quality assurance, and platform support. No hidden fees or surge pricing.
You pay a deposit (30-50%) at booking to secure the slot. The remaining balance is charged when the job is marked complete. You'll always see the full breakdown before confirming.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PSE bank transfers, and Nequi. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment infrastructure.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before service receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. For quality issues, contact support and we'll arrange a resolution — refund, redo, or credit.
Vendors & quality
Every vendor completes an application, background check, skills verification, and trial period before going live. We verify identity, references, and professional experience.
Contact support immediately through the app or WhatsApp. We can dispatch a replacement vendor, issue a partial or full refund, or schedule a redo — depending on the situation.
Vendors are independent professionals who meet our quality and compliance standards. They set their own schedules and work across the platform as managed contractors.
Yes. Vendors who consistently receive low ratings, fail quality checks, or violate platform policies are suspended or permanently removed.
Account & support
Download the app or visit our website, enter your email or phone number, and verify your identity. You can start browsing services immediately.
During active jobs, support is available via WhatsApp and in-app chat. For general inquiries, email [email protected] or visit the support page.
Yes. The entire platform is available in both English and Spanish. You can switch languages at any time from your account settings.
We follow Colombian data protection laws (Ley 1581 de 2012) and use industry-standard encryption. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
