Most mansion rentals include daily cleaning, but additional services like private chefs, catering, or event staff are typically extra. Prices for these vary, but a full-day private chef might cost around 300,000-600,000 COP depending on the menu and number of guests.

Medellín has strict noise ordinances, especially in residential areas. While many mansions are ideal for events, specific rules regarding music cut-off times (often 10 PM or midnight) and guest limits apply. We will inform you of the specific property's rules to ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local regulations.

A 50% deposit is usually required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30-60 days before your arrival. A separate security deposit, typically ranging from 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 COP, is also standard and is fully refundable after your stay, assuming no damages.
