Absolutely. All drivers undergo a rigorous vetting process that includes criminal background checks, driving record verification, reference checks, and personal interviews. We prioritize your safety and peace of mind by ensuring only trustworthy and professional individuals are presented for placement.
Standard full-time hours are generally 8-9 hours per day, five or six days a week, totaling around 48 hours. Any hours exceeding this or requiring work on public holidays are usually subject to overtime pay, which should be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process. Flexibility can be negotiated with the driver directly.
Client satisfaction is paramount. If you are not satisfied with your driver, please contact us immediately. We offer a replacement guarantee within a specified period (e.g., the first 30 days) and will work diligently to find a suitable alternative that better meets your expectations, ensuring a smooth transition.
This service is for the placement of a driver only. You, as the client, are expected to provide the vehicle for the driver to operate. This allows you to use your preferred vehicle and ensures the driver is familiar with its operation and maintenance, aligning with your personal requirements.
