Yes, participants must generally be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent) and typically weigh under 220 lbs (100 kg) for safety. Certain health conditions, like heart problems or severe back issues, may prevent you from jumping. It's best to consult with the skydiving center if you have any concerns.

What should I wear and bring on the day of my jump?

We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing suitable for the weather, such as sneakers, jeans, or shorts. Avoid open-toed shoes or anything that could easily fly off. You don't need to bring much else, as all necessary equipment will be provided.

Is transportation to the skydiving site included in the price?

Transportation is typically an additional cost or arranged separately, as most skydiving sites are located outside central Medellín, often near towns like San Jerónimo. Some packages may offer transport as an add-on, ranging from 150,000 COP to 300,000 COP depending on the service. Please confirm transport options when booking.

How safe is skydiving, and are the instructors certified?

Skydiving is an extreme sport, but safety is paramount. All our instructors are highly experienced and certified by international skydiving associations, adhering to strict safety protocols. Equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure the highest safety standards for every jump.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation policies vary but generally require at least 48-72 hours notice for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Jumps may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions, in which case you will be offered a new date or a full refund. Always check the specific policy at the time of booking, especially since deposits are often required.
