Preguntas Frecuentes
Our standard minimum booking duration is typically 3 hours to ensure a comfortable and stable experience for both the children and the sitter. For shorter needs, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability, though a 3-hour minimum charge may still apply.
Absolutely. All our babysitters undergo a rigorous vetting process, including criminal background checks specific to Colombia, reference verification, and interviews to assess their experience and passion for childcare. Many have first-aid training and specific experience with expat families.
We understand plans can change. You can cancel your booking without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one hour of service (60,000 COP) to compensate the sitter for their reserved time.
Payment is typically processed securely online after the service is completed, based on the actual hours worked. We accept major credit cards and other digital payment methods. You will receive an invoice detailing the total cost in Colombian Pesos (COP).
While all our sitters are proficient in English to cater to our expat and tourist audience, many are also fluent in Spanish and other languages. If you have a specific language preference (e.g., for cultural immersion or comfort), please mention it in your booking request, and we will do our best to match you.
